The property lease sector has been going through a period of transition with the gradual implementation of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. At the end of this period landlords will need to be completely ‘on top’ of the financial information they provide to tenants, both in content and in timescale, to prevent rental income being potentially withheld.
